Cancelations are only possible if it is caused by bad weather or if the vendor is unavailable. Other than the reasons stated before, activities that are already booked cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

Yes, but please make sure that you have registered all the participants accordingly and the participants do not exceed the maximum pax stated for each activity.
