What if hospitality could be built more sustainably from the ground up? 🌱 For us, the answer lies in the modularity approach we've integrated from the start. By breaking down our designs into manageable, prefabricated components, we've been able to achieve better flexibility and scalability of our products. However, we soon realized that while this principle has enabled us to minimize land conversion compared to conventional hotel construction, there were still challenges in our supply chain process, where inefficiencies and environmental considerations weren’t fully addressed. This prompted us to take a key step forward by developing our centralized hub, Operation Center, to better manage the entire product journey.
