How do I implement the vouchers?
1. After logging in to Bobobox website or app, select the product and branch of your liking and your stay date.
2. Pick the pod / cabin type, then proceed to payment page. Here, you can scroll down the page and find the option to “Add Voucher”.
3. Click to preview all available promo codes you’re eligible for then click apply.
Voila! You’re all set.
Can I reschedule & refund my booking?
Unfortunately, the reschedule & refund options are currently not available for bookings.
Is there a quota for each promo?
Yes, there is a limit of maximum 1 redemption per user per day.
